Supported file formats
For HPLC UV/VIS analysis, the Chemotion team currently supports JCAMP-DX files (*.jcamp, *.dx, *.jdx), zip (in BagIt format) files.
- To upload and view their data, users can follow this instruction.
- Using the tools bar to zoom in/out, add peaks, add integration. After adding integrations and clicking to save, users can find the Area under curve values:
