Supported file formats

For Mass spectrum analysis, we currently support JCAMP-DX files (*.jcamp, *.dx, *.jdx), _.RAW (Thermo Fisher), *.mz(X)ML, zip (in BagIt format) files.

  2. Viewing Different Scans: Depending on how many scans that you have in ChemSpectra, you can select which scan that you want to view: chemspectra toolbar MS
